Return Policy

Return Window:
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear is not eligible

Return Shipping Charge:
• ₹49 will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Process:
• Refund is processed after product inspection
• Amount is credited to the original payment method
• Refund reflects within 5–7 business days after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Important):
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear parcel opening video is mandatory (home décor items are fragile)
• Without an opening video, transit damage cannot be verified
• Refund or replacement may be rejected without video
• No return shipping charge for verified damaged/wrong items

Non-Returnable Items:
• Certain fragile or clearance home décor items may be non-returnable
• This will be clearly mentioned on the product page
